It's garlic time! Who's excited!? There's so much food for you right now, it's hard to imagine that in just a few weeks we're shutting things down for the summer. We'll be seeding a lot of cover crop in the next few weeks as we finish up with veggie beds. We need a break and so does our soil.
In the meantime though, there's so much great summer stuff for you - eggplants, squash, cucumbers, okra, peppers, plus a ton of herbs and there's still some beautiful herbs. We also harvested our onions and have some of those going into shares. They didn't size up as much as we'd hoped, but they're plenty flavorful. And of course, there's garlic!
We're also getting blackberries from Poché Family Farm, which you can find in the extras section along with eggs, mushrooms (including lion's mane), Momma D's pickles and jelly, VEGGI tofu, and our special hot sauces.
