Hi everyone,
Thank you for joining our Farm Share in these crazy times.
This week we're excited to include lots of delicious, fresh veggies from our farm. We're also adding greens from another local farm, Compostela, who has been selling their organic salad mixes to restaurants and are in need of new outlets.
Add-ons this week include eggs from Local Cooling Farm (the best in the region from our perspective), fresh oyster mushrooms from Mycelium Express, grapefruits, and we're excited to offer sushi sandwiches, aka onigirazu, from the Lost Line. Onigirazu can be heated up at home by toasting on a pan, or eaten cold. Selections for this week are avocado and egg or carrot miso (made with our carrots). Add a little hot sauce and soy sauce for a great, easy small meal or hearty snack.
We're looking forward to continuing to serve you for the duration of our spring season. This may involve some logistical changes, so please keep an eye out for emails from us.
