We're not entirely sure whether this lettuce belongs in a salad bowl or a flower vase. This spring we have been blessed with fabulous warm weather and good rain, which, added to our awesome living soil, is making our farm feel and look like the Garden of Eden. We are grateful that we are starting strong and you are up for some treats if weather, bugs, and wild life continue to be nice to us. For the next few weeks expect all sort of greens, carrots, beets, turnips, fresh onions, and herbs. We expect broccoli, cabbage, summer squash and cucumbers in mid-June and tomatoes look like they are going to be early this year! We are so looking forward to this season and we hope you are too.
