Farm Happenings for July 21, 2020

Hello,

We hope everyone is stay cool as we start another long week of hot weather. We are trying to keep cool as well as our animals. We are hoping that we get some cooler weather and get our chickens laying again. Again if you have more than one dozen eggs on your order you will more than likely only get one dozen again this week. The fields are starting to produce and your will see a few new things this week. We have other things that are starting to finishing up and we are starting to get ready to plant our fall items.

Fruit shares will be cantaloupe, blackberries, and peaches.

Josh and Lynne farm with their four kids in the rolling hills in Bremen OH. Our family believes in producing farm fresh quality products for consumers in the local community. We believe it is important for consumers to know where their food comes from as well as educating consumers about the important role that agriculture plays in the community. As being young farmers it is important for us to work towards providing sustainable agriculture to the community. As our operation continues, we believe it is important to become more efficient in what we are doing not only to save us time but help preserve and maintain the environment around us. Our farm continues to work and improve on conservation practices to help maintain a positive relationship between the farming operation, wildlife, and land around us.
