Fall is in the Air! ?

Posted on September 13th, 2024 by Lynne Schultz
Greetings from the farm! Can you believe there are only two weeks left in the Summer CSA season? Time flies! We will be sending out details and sign-up information for our Fall CSA later this week, so keep an eye out. ? Fall is definitely in the air, and we’re curious—what are some of your favorite things to do during this cozy season? For us, fall means pumpkins, campfires, and lots of warm soups. With soccer games and Sadie’s cross-country meets, the kids have been keeping us busy too! Speaking of soups, what’s your favorite one to make? Here are three delicious fall soup ideas you can whip up with our farm-fresh produce: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup – Smooth, creamy, and full of fall flavor. Perfect with a drizzle of maple syrup. Hearty Vegetable Soup – Packed with farm-fresh veggies like carrots, potatoes, and tomatoes, it’s a nutritious meal in a bowl. Creamy Pumpkin Soup – A warm and cozy favorite, spiced with a little cinnamon and nutmeg for the ultimate fall comfort food. Have a great week and enjoy the start of the fall season! ? Warmly, The Schultz Family
