Hello everyone,
We have been busy over the last few days with covering everything with frost blankets due to this cold spell that has came through. We have been able to keep everything going even through the frost thank goodness the ground is still warm.
If you get meat in your meat share please be patience our butcher shop is backed up and the beef just started to get processed on Saturday. So if your are CSA on Tuesday or Wednesay you will not get you beef untill the following week. We are trying to do our best but with the Covid demand on small butcher shops they are processing the fastest they came. We are very lucky that we have a butcher shop that is working with us. Many place have a 6 month wait until you can get in with your animal.
So if your have a hamburger or griller package your will be getting yours next week. So three packages of hamburger your will be getting next week.
Also this is the last week for fruit shares.
