Greeting everyone,
Hope everyone has had a safe week. Also for those who have kids I hope everyone is adjusting back to school hours. We are having to get back into school time mode. I will tell you we do seem to get more done with out the kids on most days. There are days on things that we do that we do miss their help but overall we are adjusting. Talking about adjusting schedules due to school, you can pick up you bag on Fridays starting at 3, You can pick up as late as 9 too. Some Fridays we might leave your bags on the porch once it cools down so check the cooler for meat if you have any in your share. Many times this time of the year we are starting to work on picking pumpkins or we try to make it to a soccer or football game.
This week we have Asian pears they are sweet. I will be adding apple this afternoon, I am waiting to see what varieties I will be getting from my sister farm. Also new this week is some varieties of winter squash.
