Update - We have garlic ready to harvest! This is the earliest we have ever been able to harvest garlic! Coincidentally, this is also the first year that we didn't mulch our garlic like we had all years prior. Reminder: this garlic is FRESH and not shelf stable. Keep it in your refrigerator. My farm's mission is to provide my community with nutritious produce, while respecting the people, land, and ecosystem that provides for us. We provide you with sustainably grown produce grown just outside of Red Deer.
