Steel Pony Garlic Scapes Now Available!
New this week:
Our garlic scapes are now ready for harvest! These are my personal favorite way to eat garlic. They have the texture of asparagus with a mild garlic flavor once cooked. I love making a tin foil pack, adding some oil and salt and cooking them on the BBQ or on an open fire. 1 read more »

We got rain! Yahoo! The garden has been growing slower than I would have liked because it is so hard to get enough water on it with irrigation. Farm Update May 19
These past two week we have transplanted all of our onions and bunching onions, a first succession of beets, kale and salad mix. We're ready to do some direct seeding next week. The garden is slowly coming together.
