Corn is Here!
This week we are delighted to offer many of your (and our) favorite vegetables! It finally feels like summer is in full swing! This week we have plentiful corn and green beans in our fields. Every time the field field crew comes back to unload their harvest a seemingly impossible amount of green beans are unpacked from their trucks. Its really quite magical. We're even offering bulk blueberries and sunflower bunches! That's how you know its really summer!
With all this corn around its hard not to get excited for our annual corn maze! Our creative team is comprised of farmer Dave and his wife Jess. They've been hard at work for months planning this years theme, and creating the activities that you'll find inside the maze! We usually reveal the theme in August, so make sure you keep an eye out for when we announce this years theme! Did you know this will be the 22nd year of Mikes Maze? Crazy!

Recipe of the week: Steamed Corn?!
I know it seems like a cop-out but this corn is simply delicious. Don't just leave it as basic steamed corn though! I HIGHLY suggest throwing a big hunk of butter in with the water (like close to a 50/50 ratio) and letting the corn seep in all that buttery goodness. You can also make a herb butter with this weeks oregano! Yuuummm!
