This is our makeup week after the deep freeze kept us from our regularly scheduled CSA week. This will be the last CSA pickup in February. And we'll be doing weekly pickups from now on starting the first week of March!!!! More veggies!!!
That was quite a cold stretch, but most things survived. We're clearing out the damaged crops and replacing them with seedlings or sown seeds in the high tunnels. We'll be planting outside once the ground thaws!
