Hey Everyone,
That's what over 100 spaghetti squash looks like in the trunk of car (there's more in the back seat too...such is the life of an urban farmer). Over the weekend we also topped up all the raised beds in our greenhouse with fresh compost in preparation for all the fall transplants that will go in this week: lettuce, kale, bok choy and spinach!
