Hi Everyone,
We closed off part of our Downsview park plot this weekend. This involved harvesting what was left of the eggplants and tomatoes from those beds and then cutting the stocks and moving all the plants to our compost pile. Luckily our family and kids were brought in to help. That means that we have lots of green tomatoes available now! If you haven't cooked with them yet, look up some recipes or try any of these ones. We also harvested some of our butternut squash which should be available next week in your boxes. Enjoy your share!
