This week we are changing it up and have a selection of different microgreens: garlic chives, radish shoots, arugula, broccoli and mustard greens. Enjoy the amazing flavours of these tasty microgreens: add them as garnish or throw them into whatever you are frying up near the end. We personally love microgreens with our eggs in the morning, this keeps us going throughout the day!
