We are still patiently waiting for more of our delicious tomatoes to ripen. Peppers are also still green. Beans, however, are being harvested this week as well as our Italian eggplants! Fresh garlic was harvested at the end of last week and is available now! Have you tried grilling our zucchinis and eggplants on your BBQ? That's one of our favourite summer meals!
