Hello friends, we have been busy working on the farm to get it ready for winter by planting cover crops. This technique helps us rebuild and maintain the soil in our half acre plot at Downsview Park. Cover cropping is crucial because it promotes soil structure and creates a fertile ecosystem that supports microbes during the winter season.
