We've got all of our pork cuts available again from our winter hogs. Thick bone in pork chops, shoulder roasts, uncured bacon, bratwurst, country sausage, spare ribs and more. Tenderloins too. Did you know that there are only 2 tenderloins per hog? Only 2 pounds out of 150 pounds of pork. It's a delicious, tender treat of a meal.

We're opening up our Online Farm Stand to allow our non-member customers to order veggies, eggs, and meat this week (we'll also make one of our winter trips to meet customers in Hickory.)
