Week 22
The fields are looking great out there on the farm and although there are a lot more vegetables coming up for the Fall, we have just a few more weeks in this year's main season CSA. The weather has been quite favorable for growing many things, and our Fall crops are really starting to pop with a lot of size and color. With many more green things coming up, we have opened up our Fall CSA shares, starting 10/30, at the end of our main season, and running for a shorter length of 5 weeks. This week we'll be picking from a new planting of fennel (pictured) and our newest planting of little gem lettuce, along with many of the same things we've had recently.
