Things are moving right along at Earth Spring Farm! We're starting to prep our greenhouses for plants, including one whole house dedicated to flowers. Winter is always its own kind of busy, with big projects moving toward completion, keeping our animal friends warm and fed, and lots of planning for our next CSA season.
Speaking of CSA, signups for CSA 2021 will be launching before the end of the week! We're so excited to welcome 150 members for a full 20-week season of fresh produce directly from the farm. Milk, eggs and fruit shares will also be available, and other things like meat shares and curated boxes are in the works!
This week in the Shop, we have Little Amps Coffee back in stock! We also have lots of meat from North Mountain Pastures to choose from. Winter is a great time to fill the freezer with quality grass-fed meats from local farms. It makes warm and nourishing dinners a breeze, and anything that takes a grocery store run off your to-do list is a huge win.
