Recommended This Week: 100% Grassfed Ground Beef

This time of year is when the slow cookers and Instant Pots have a near permanent home on our countertops. Grab a pack (or two!) of grassfed ground beef and try this super healthy 30 Minute Chili recipe from Abra's Kitchen. Did you know? Grass-fed beef is higher in anti-inflammatory omega 3 fatty acids, containing as much as five times the amount of conventionally raised beef. Sooth your body, mind and soul with this easy meal.
