Quick update here:
Cremini mushrooms are off for a little while
But Cheese is back on....and some of the best from my friends in West Virginia at Spring Gap Mountain Creamery. Enjoy the Gouda, Tomme or Feta. If orders look good then I'll boost the quantities for the fall.
I know that sending the cherry tomatoes and heirlooms out in your CSA boxes is tricky. I intentionally pick the heirlooms at first color so they will make the trip to you. Remeber to store them stem-side down aka on the their shoulders, this the part of the tomato that ripens last, and I pack them that way too in the boxes on top of everything else.
If you have had more sauce in the csa box than actual tomatoes, then shoot me an email and I'll either send you more next time or issue a credit to your account.
