Hi Everyone,
The weather is making the plants grow but we are deep in the sparse transition zone.
But here are a few things that I am adding to your choices this week:
Water Cress (1/2 lb bags), delicious and beautiful from the massive spring that is the farm's namesake. This spring is connected to the artesian well springs in the town of Boiling Springs PA, just down the road from the farm. Here's an amazing (meat) recipe for Vietnamese Salad with water cress.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfywSVNNH8A
If needed you can get yourself a tasty beverage and geek out on some Wikipedia rabbit holes... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boiling_Springs,_Pennsylvania
Can we all agree that it might be time to reunite Pangea?

OK, I'm back out of the rabbit hole...
Also:
Local potatoes from last season are back, as well as sweet ptoatoes, shallots, more cremini mushrooms and green cabbage.
And I am still harvesting bok choi, arugula, siberian kale, and beautiful heads of green saladbowl lettuce.
