Hi Everyone,
With this heat we see a few changes, Water Cress is finally throwing flowers up which means it's getting more bitter than most of our taste buds can appreciate. Now we will clean the creek of it's stems and roots but it will be back in the fall for another harvest.
Romaine lettuce, Fresh walla wallas with tops, garlic scapes, red and green lettuce heads, escarole, frisee, spring garlic and curly kale (young and tender, 1st harvest is always the best).
Also I am adding more chicken options: wings, breasts, legs & thighs, plus more ground beef. This chicken is amazing, from the western end of the county, Pecan Meadow Farm.
Thanks and see you soon!
Mike
