Hello Friends,
Couple of quick notes here: We have about 2 weeks left of sweetcorn so if you need to cut and freeze some for the winter then this is it.
Chinese broccoli will be back soon, but in the meantime I have Chinese Mustard greens which are something akin to tall bok choi with a touch of pepper. Easy to braise, steam or chop up and eat raw on the side.
Red/ pink radish bunches are here too, along with red kale, baby bok choi.
Stay dry and see you later this week at the farm store or down in DC at the Mt Pleasant Farmers Market!
