I must be getting older because I cannot believe that we are 1 week away from Thanksgiving already. It's like once labor day weekend is over, then September through November are a blur, the fastest months of the year for me.
I'll be headed to North Mountain Pastures this week to help with the "turkey day", it's an annual tradition with our two farms and other friends to get the birds ready for the big day. This is an opportunity for you all to buy a fresh (unfrozen) turkey of the highest quality from Brooks and Anna at NMP. You can order through their site and indicate that you would the your bird delivered through Earth Spring Farm, and I will deliver them to your drop point this Friday (Farm Pickup) and Saturday in Washington at your drop points. I still have lots of beautiful greens, squash, and potatoes for you for this week, so be sure to stock up. Check the list carefully because I am putting a few items on sale for the holiday.
Also, Egg Nogg is back for the holidays from Apple Valley Creamery. Like all of their dairy products, this is an exceptional nogg.
