Hi Everyone,
Looks like we might get some snow out of this incoming storm, more down south than here at the farm - I am envious! I love snow and snow sports. And one of my favorite experiences is to be in the greenhouse when it is bitter cold outside, the sun is shining brightly in winter, reflecting off the snow on the ground and I am getting a tan!
So we are now in the lean months of the farm and I do appreciate your staying with me. The greenhouses are almost on pause with very little growth to the plants. We really won't see any real change until almost the end of February.So in the meantime, lots of roots, greens and just a little bit of winter squash left for us.
The chickens and cows will continue to help us and I am grateful for their work.
