IMPORTANT LOCATION CHANGES:
Those picking up in Bayfield will now pick up at Shopbike coffee instead of Copenhagen's.
COOLER BAGS:
Please return your cooler bags and clips to your pick up location each week. If you are a person who has a hard time remembering this sort of thing (I am!), please bring extra bags to your pick up location, repack your share, and leave our bags there.

ON THE FARM
To say the weather was challenging this week would be an understatement. It was a struggle to get to work and a couple of us had to take days off because it was unsafe to travel. This was pretty difficult as our team is quite small this time of year. But we managed to beat it and pack your shares!
Julien and Brian harvested some brilliant greens from the hoophouses and low tunnels. We also were able to get some gorgeous bunches of herbs! We are usually able to drive our buggy around with the trailer to harvest but alas the snow has taken it away from us and we must use carts. It took some team work and I may have crashed it into a snow bank...but we did successfully make it back to the wash station.
What's in the Box?
Now with our last share approaching it is time to order your storage veggies! We have some more bulk potatoes and onions on offer for all your stew, soup and casserole needs. We have some beautiful round radishes from our hoophouse that are delicious quick pickled on tacos alongside our daikon and watermelon that make for a beautiful addition on a veggie platter. Additionally we have extra beautiful rainbow carrots; try them in this protein packed, hearty winter salad.
