IMPORTANT LOCATION CHANGES:

Those picking up in Bayfield will now pick up at Shopbike coffee instead of Copenhagen's.

COOLER BAGS:

Please return your cooler bags and clips to your pick up location each week. If you are a person who has a hard time remembering this sort of thing (I am!), please bring extra bags to your pick up location, repack your share, and leave our bags there.

Thanks so much and please read on to hear what's happening on the farm, and what new veggies are coming available.

ON THE FARM

The farm has really wound down and we are mostly harvesting greens and packing shares. We expect our last outdoor harvest this week and are excited to be moving into covered spaces for the remainder of the season. Once the temperature drops this week we will hoop and cover our future spring crops for next year.

We've been happy to be able to offer beautiful carrot bunches in NOVEMBER! They are so vibrant and sweet with the cold weather.

What's in the Box?

For new offerings this week we have red kuri squash, celeriac and gold beets! Red Kuri is a delicious squash that has dense, sweet and rich flesh. They are easy to prep as the skin is thin and tasty. Try roasting in wedges with a miso glaze or top with cilantro and peanut sauce!

Celeriac is celery's storage cousin! After it's leggy roots and coarse skin are peeled there is a cream colored root ready to be diced for soups or sliced with our other root veggies for a gratin.

Until next time!
