The heat of last week has brought on our tomatoes and peppers in heavy quantity, so this week would be a great time to make a farm fresh picco de gallo as a quick & healthy snack! Transparent apples are also here so be ready to fill up on these delicious fruits that are significantly larger and last much longer than the early pristine variety that's been in and out of shares for the last couple weeks.
