Bread Share: Farm Bread, Mediterra Bakehouse Pain au Levain is considered the quintessential French sourdough bread. To give ours its rich and complex flavor, we mix wheat and white flour, then add our levain sourdough starter. It’s honeycomb crumb and delicate tang make it very versatile. Farm bread is the perfect complement to a soup or stew, and makes a delicious sandwich.

Coffee Share: 'Highline Blend' - KLVN Coffee Lab

We'd like to welcome KLVN Coffee Lab, based in Larimer, to the Harvie Farms Pittsburgh Community!

The name in the letters – is a refracted reference to Lord Kelvin, 19^th century British scientist of the scale of absolute temperature and the first law of thermodynamics. That energy is neither created nor destroyed, but transformed from one form to another provides us with an analogical image of coffee, a product transcending itself through the process of its being.

Their Highline Blend coffee is sweet, crisp and elegant, highly charged with love, familiar in structure bordering on the nostalgic, lit with minerality, featuring notes of candied chocolate and slightly fruited. Constituent components are sourced and roasted to accentuate body and soften the acid profile.
