Ahhh!! Finally! The weather has been cooperating as of late! And we're slowly getting back up to speed after such a long delay waiting for winter to exit. We still won't have salad greens or rhubarb (in two weeks, though, we will!) but we have lots of other yummy greens to share with you this week. We have lots of Asian-style greens: chinese cabbage, bok choy, and komatsuna (a tasty Asian spinach) so plan for some stir fry, fried rice, or other Asian-inspired meals. Also we have Green Goddess Hummus and Spinach Arugula Pesto in addition to other delicious offerings. It's going to be a yummy week!

About the farm
We left the hustle and bustle of city life to raise our children in the country. Getting into agriculture is a decision we've never regretted! Now we lovingly grow fresh food together as a family on our small farm. It's food we trust, and you can too! We want to feed our children the best we can, so we grow high-quality fruits, vegetables, and meats - everything from Arugula to Zucchini; Chicken and pork! - all free of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. We'd love to share what we grow with you!
