Our offerings for the online farm stand keep increasing and increasing! Featured this week is CAULIFLOWER! It is a long journey from seed to those sweet cauliflower florets, so please enjoy.
We harvested over 300lbs of cucumbers last week. So, the cukes are doing pretty good I have to say. And the zucchinis are too! We're actually set to plant our second planting of cukes and zukes, so it would be helpful if it stops raining so we can go ahead and prepare that soil.
All that being said, we have BULK pickling cucumbers for sale. They are medium sized, about 6 inches long. It isn't profitable for us to harvest them when they are but wee babies. But they are excellent for pickling nonetheless, just slice them in spears for dill or in rounds for sweet. We are selling them in 10lb bags or half bushels.
