We hope you enjoyed your spring veggies last week!
We certainly had a lot of fun harvesting for the first time of the season; even though we've been doing this for a long time, every year we get giddy about picking vegetables. I guess it's a big reason why we are farming - we just love it.
Now that May is approaching, we'll be getting into the field with lots of planting. Onions, kale, and peas are going in this week.
Spinach, radishes, and green garlic are on the menu again this week.
We tried roasting our green garlic the other day, it was SO delicious; it gets mild and a bit sweet. Definitely recommend giving it a try.
