It's melon season! We will have cantaloupe, watermelon, and sun jewel melons available this week. Sun Jewel is a new variety for us. It looks like a smaller spaghetti squash and has bright, crisp flesh with a sweet clean flavor. It is great on its own or sliced very thin on salad or tossed with cucumber, scallion, and rice vinegar for a quick salad.
In addition to the melons we will also have green beans and several tomato varieties on the list. Make sure to check your suggested share and log in to make any swaps for the best of summer!
