For a quick summer dinner try sautéing cherry tomatoes, spring onion, leeks, and sausage until everything is tender and the tomatoes start to burst. Stir in just enough grated parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce and toss in fresh chopped basil. Serve it over pasta or just on its own. You can adapt this recipe to fit your share - you can just as easily chop up peppers and greens and add the to the pan. Bonus points if you can use some of each item in your share in the same dish :-)
