I can't believe the season is starting! The winter always feels so long, and then all of a sudden we are back in the thick of it and all that snow seems like a distant memory. I hope you have all had a wonderful and restful winter, and I imagine many of you are looking forward to, or already enjoying some of this delightful summer weather.
We have been busy planting, weeding, watering and getting ready for the CSA and the Market. I admit, I am a chronic procrastinator, and the week before the CSA and the market is always a busy few days. I also always get a bit anxious, but also excited for the first harvest, pick ups, new and old friends.
This is also our second year working with this Harvie system, and hopefully after the first couple of pick ups, everyone will be comfortable with swapping produce, skipping or swapping weeks, and doing it all by the cut off time. If you have any questions or problems, please let me know.
