We've been soaking up the sun like an old sponge. Sun up to sun down planting these days as we race to catch up on spring planting and get fields ready for summer crops soon to come. The picture shows Yoser, Jose and Casey planting kale. Earlier we got a crop of broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower in as well as kohl rabi, Swiss chard and more. Next we set our sites on potatoes. Y'all soak up some sun when you can. It does the body and soul a whole lot of good!
