Days are starting hours before sunrise now as we rush to take advantage of a break from the rain. Farm Happenings for September 20th Week
The greens are coming, I promise! (and yes the weeds too, but we'll get those taken care of if/when it dries up) Our lacinato and red Russian kales and collards are looking great. Spinach and bok choy is sprouted and our arugula is popping up too.

It's Fall Planting season!! Yippee! After 4 inches of hurricane rain, the weather seems just about right for planting. The picture shows Jose, Mari and Margarita getting brussel sprouts and broccoli in the ground a few days before the deluge.
