Planting for the new year has begun! The picture shows a new crop of lettuce going in. We are also planting new crops of kale, collards, chard, spinach, arugula and more.

Farm Happenings for January 9th Week
Crops that I thought died from the arctic blast have come back nicely. This arugula looked completely dead, but it had enough of a little green sprig of life to bounce back fast. Even the carrots that were not covered outside did ok! I thought for sure they were gone, but nope!
