The winter harvest continues this week as we start getting ready for planting season to begin. Within a few weeks we will plant new rounds of arugula, salad mix, spinach, kales and more to replace our overwintered crops. And we will start our early tomatoes! Sadly we will still have to wait until late May for those to bear ripe fruit. BUT just the thought of planting tomatoes tells me the days are getting longer and will soon be warmer!
