It's amazing what you can grow in these high tunnels in the winter. The plants are much bigger now than what the photo shows and just pumping out fresh greens day after day.
The high tunnels allow us to provide ideal growing conditions which makes a huge difference in production. Too much rain and cold will stunt a crop fast.
