We only have a couple more big projects for the year - garlic planting and greenhouse skinning. Skinning greenhouses is where we put the cover on them to get them ready for production. It cannot be done with any wind. The slightest breeze can make an easy job messy and long pretty fast!
After those projects we will continue planting in the greenhouses and harvesting and start thinking about fixing broken equipment.
