Laura seen here bringing in the beet harvest! We have lots of crops planted and growing while we squeeze as much as possible out of the overwintered crops. There is always a lull in production this time of year, but we will start having more and more things as the days get longer and warmer.
We are staying busy fixing equipment, prepping beds in the high tunnels, weeding strawberries and hoeing when we are not harvesting or packing. And we dream of warm, sunny days while doing it!
