While the high tunnels are busting at the seems with food ready to harvest, we are turning our sites to our outdoor fields now that the weather has stabilized a bit more. Spring greens are being planted along with broccoli and cabbage.
If your jonesing for some summer fare don't worry! We have peppers and tomatoes planted in the high tunnels and we will get them to ya as soon as possible! (But it will be a while longer :)
