Last week we were in a mad rush to complete outdoor projects before the rain set in. We got a lot done! The picture shows limestone that was spread on our new field. I plowed it in before the rain so the field will be ready for next spring. Pulverized limestone adds calcium and raised the pH of the soil. Veggies don't grow too well in very acidic soil!
We also planted 300 lbs of garlic this week!!
