We got all these baby plants in the ground this past week! You can only plant greens this time of year and still only plant in the high tunnels. These are replacement crops of kale, chard, collards and lettuce. Our overwintered crops will be no good pretty soon. We also planted more spinach, arugula, salad mix and radishes. We need to start getting the fields ready to plant but with 6-8 inches!!! of rain predicted this coming week it may be a long time before we can.
