It has been a very trying time on the farm with about 9 inches of rain recorded last week. The picture shows flood waters right at the door step of the berry patch. The river rose a lot since that picture was taken and did cover most of the berry patch. When the flood recedes I'll be able to take stock of the losses.
With all this rain and a cloudy wet forecast we can't get in the fields to start planting the onions and spring crops. Outdoor planting will be delayed but high tunnel planting is continuing to go quite well!
