The baby Lacinato Kale is looking good! We are finally getting some dry weather that will hopefully allow us to start planting in the field. 15,000 onions, 6,000 leeks, 7,000 broccoli plants and more are on the roster!! And that doesn't include all the seeding to do - carrots, new spinach, beets, turnips, radishes and more! Must be spring time!!
