Hi everyone,
January is a big planting month. We've got tons of trays filling up our green house, including everything from lettuce to be planted next week to eggplants and peppers, which won't be planted for a couple months. It's a time of anticipation, as the spring approaches and we know things will be accelerating soon. For now, everything is kind of chilling on the farm while the temperatures are cool and the light is still relatively minimal.
This week we've got lovely roots, cabbages, and greens for you, including baby greens from Compostella Farm. Our extras sections is looking great with strawberries from Johndales Farm, Local Cooling Farm eggs, L'Hoste grapefruits, Too Tall fresh ginger and turmeric, and some oyster mushrooms from Mycelium Express too. We just restocked our Jamboree Jams supply as well with some fun new flavors.
