Hello from the farm,
We are currently trying to eat through all the left over from Thanksgiving. We are vamping the leftover into soups and salads. What are you doing with your leftovers? The kids are excited because they heard snow in the forecast so they are finding all their sleds so they are ready to go. Firewood is also getting cut to heat our home and greenhouses. Seed catalogs have been coming in and full planning for next year has started. We should be launching next years CSA in the coming week.
